Product Information

We make every effort to display our product specifications, sizes and materials as accurately as possible. Actual product dimensions may vary slightly due to manufacturing tolerances. Final specifications will be confirmed in your formal quotation.

Quotations & Orders

• All quotations are valid for 30 days from issue date
• Prices are based on current exchange rates and may adjust if raw material costs change significantly
• Production will start only after deposit is received and order details are confirmed by both parties

Shipping & Delivery

Estimated lead times for stock items are 7-15 days, and 15-30 days for custom orders. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays caused by customs, freight forwarders or force majeure events.

Warranty

All products are guaranteed to be free from material defects at the time of shipment. Claims for damaged or incorrect goods must be made within 7 days of delivery with photographic evidence.

Limitation of Liability

We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of our products. Our maximum liability shall not exceed the value of the original order.
